RESERVATION POLICIES:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your treatment time to avoid cancellation fees. You may be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of treatment cost if you fail to cancel or reschedule a booking less than 24 hours in advance. As we navigate this pandemic collectively, we prioritize all health and safety. Cancellation fees may be avoided due to emergencies, illness and COVID-19 symptoms- please contact me directly to cancel without charge. Please be respectful of this policy and allow as much notice as possible for rescheduling or cancellations. This is a system based on honesty and we ask that our time is kindly considered. If you feel ill or believe you may have any symptoms of COVID-19 (first contact your doctor) please reach out to reschedule an appointment or cancel until further notice. Thank you.
FACILITIES:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your massage session to ensure ample time to complete your intake form if not already finished online. We require that you wear a mask upon entry to the building and during our time together. Roaming Remedy follows strict CDC guidelines for hygiene to ensure our space is safe for all.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Prior to your appointment I will discuss any medical concerns or contraindications (allergies, injuries, conditions) for massage with you. If you have been seriously injured, had recent surgery, or have any medical concern please see a doctor and get cleared before booking a massage. Please notify me if you are pregnant so I can cater to any contraindications. I also ask that massages are only to be booked after the first trimester of pregnancy to ensure safety.
